There is nothing to prove, nowhere to go, no race to win... I am just there where I am supposed to be, at the right moment.
At time, a journey to oneself takes a lifetime, a million miles...just because we stop looking within us.
Until we look inward for the wealth of knowledge, we suffer. All the questions that bother you, the answers are right there within you. But we are so preoccupied with the experiences of past and fear of future, that we stop living in the moment. Close your eyes, let your mind free from all preoccupations...let all thoughts flow out of you...and see your feelings transforming now. That moment, when you can watch your thoughts and feelings transforming, you are in this present moment. You are free, empty, and ready.
Be empty like a flute and let Nature play beautiful music and reveal her secrets to you... :D
