By birth, every man is a Shudra (an ignorant person). Through various types of disciplines (samskaras), he becomes a dwija (twice born). Through the studies of scriptures, he becomes a vipra (or a scholar). Through realization of supreme spirit (brahmajnana), he becomes a brahmin.

So, please tell me, have you ever seen a real Brahmin ever?
If such are the criteria, I have not seen anyone yet. But have heard of Gautam Buddha, Swami Vivekananda and Mother Teressa who meet this criteria. They are the actual Brahmins and rest all of us should get job reservations. :D
